January is a great time to try something new and to start building positive habits. Taking a yoga course is a great way to get health and wellbeing into your routine.
If you are curious about yoga or are thinking about joining a class but are apprehensive then our ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS class is for you.
Worried you are going to make an eejit of yourself? Think you aren't flexible enough or have no balance? DON'T WORRY! This is what goes through most peoples minds before they start yoga.
Each week we will do some stretching, learn a few yoga poses and do some breath work and relaxation. You will learn how to use props and try variations to find what works best for you and there is time to ask questions.
The aim is to build your ability and confidence for the next step in your yoga journey.

If you already have some yoga or workout experience and would like to work on defining your body why not try our Shape & Tone class.
This energetic practice will improve your strength, stamina and flexibility. We will working on arms, legs, backs, bums and tums. This is a great full body workout, bring a towel we might get sweaty! Variations are given to accommodate varying abilities.

Hi All! I have new classes starting from next week and would love your help getting the word out. If you could take a second to Like, Follow and Share Rebalance Yoga and Qigong I would really appreciate it. If you have never tried yoga yourself why not sign up for the Absolute Beginners class, everyone is welcome, come along have some fun learning and improve your physical and mental health, what's not to love!!
1st CLASS FREE
EVERYONE WELCOME. No gym membership needed
ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS - Wednesday 20th 7pm
A 6 week course to give you a good understanding of beginners yoga poses, breath work, mindfulness and how and when to use props. Everyone will be in the same boat so no need to worry.
You will need: A yoga mat & comfy clothes
Feel free to bring a blanket for relaxation.
SHAPE & TONE - Saturday 30th October 10am
A 6 week course to shape up before the party season with a slow flow yoga class aimed at shaping and toning the body. This class will work towards more toned arms, legs & tummy and a more shapely bottom and waist. You may get sweaty!
You will need: A yoga mat, comfy clothes & a small towel.
Feel free to bring a blanket for relaxation.
