- Sports Massage
- Kinesio Taping

Osteopathy is a primary healthcare - you don't need to see your GP before you see us. Bethany can help you recover from various musculoskeletal conditions such as:

Merry Christmas! 🎄

Thank you once again to everyone who has made this year so special. Your continued support truly means the world to me. It really is the greatest honour to be able to help and support you all. ✨

2025 brought a small change in location (to the opposite side of the gym 😂) with my move into a new room — with a window! After spending 10 years in my previous cupboard, the difference that daylight and fresh air makes has been amazing. I’m so pleased you all love the room as much as I do.

I’m now off until 2 January and will respond to emails and return phone calls when I’m back.

10 YEARS!!

This summer marks 10 years since I qualified as an Osteopath!
Over the past decade I've had the absolute pleasure of treating and helping so many of you, and I truly can't thank you enough for your trust and support.
I genuinely believe I have the best job in the world!

To celebrate this milestone I've also treated myself to a room upgrade. I'm still based at Vision Fitness gym, but now in a room with a window! It's the little things in life! ☀️

Here's to the next 10 years and many more treatments in my new fancy room!

It’s been an incredibly busy year and I want to thank you so so much for your continued support. It really does mean everything to me! 🤍

I had to share one of my most memorable days in clinic this year was getting a visit from Rio! 🦜
