☔️ A little rain never dampens our spirits!
We set off on a lovely bus trip down to Dumfries & Galloway today. First stop was Glentrool, where the river was wild and roaring – the perfect setting for our cosy “picnic on wheels” inside the bus. 🚌🥪
After that we made our way to Creetown to visit the Gem Rock Museum, and wow… it really sparkled! 💎✨

A little look back at our recent adventures 🚍✨
Last week, we enjoyed a spectacular Cream Tea at the beautiful new Azalea restaurant at Glenapp Castle - A Relais & Châteaux Hotel , and our weekly trip to Heads of Ayr Farm Park. This morning we were back at the heart-warming Tea With a Pony experience, hosted by RDA Carrick 🐴💛
All of our outings create such special moments and wonderful memories for our residents!

We had a wonderful visit from the fantastic Bunny Luv last week! 🐰✨
Our residents (and staff!) absolutely love these special visits. There were plenty of cuddles, smiles, and happy moments with the animals – it really brightened everyone’s day!

This week we have a visit from the fantastic Bunny Luv and our residents meeting is on Friday.
Our bus trips will resume next Tuesday and Wednesday.

What a busy (and brilliant!) day we’ve had on our bus trips! 🚌💫
This morning we popped along to Heads of Ayr Farm Park, said hello to some adorable animals, and treated ourselves in the coffee shop ☕🐐.
Then this afternoon it was time for our monthly Carrick Choir visit, where we sang our little hearts out and had the best fun 🎶❤️

A well deserved nomination for this month's Above and Beyond award goes to one of our care assistants Cerys Lynne Cameron. With her cheery personality, caring manner and a great team player Cerys is a true asset to Malin Court. She often volunteers to come along and help out at any special events we hold and she is about to start her university course to study Adult Nursing. Thank you from all the staff and residents you are very much appreciated, keep up the good work 😊 ###

What a fantastic day out we’ve had! 🚌
Our bus trip took us up to Glasgow where we enjoyed a lovely wander around the Riverside Museum and a picnic shelteing from the rain, before heading to the breathtaking Tutankhamun Immersive Exhibition at the SECC. It truly left everyone amazed! 🇪🇬

This week we are having an Italian week, with lots of themed activities and our wonderful chef's will be preparing us an Italian lunch on Friday 29th!
