Cancellation Policy & No-Show Policy
I didn’t want to do this but towards the end of last year, I had quite a few clients who either did not turn up for their appointment (no-shows) or cancelled at very short notice. I know that life and emergencies happen, and I do understand that.
When making an appointment with me, I am reserving my time just for you, so if you cancel at short notice or are a no-show, it means I don’t get any wages!
So, as of this year, I’ll need at least 24 hours notice for a change of date or to cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given then 50% of your treatment fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged a 50% treatment fee deposit before the next appointment is made (this deposit will be non-refundable & non-transferable).
