If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained or just needing a bit of time for yourself lately… this is your sign to slow down 🤍

My June soundbaths are designed to help you fully switch off for a while.
Soft lighting, crystal bowls, deep rest and a calm welcoming space 🌿✨

📍 Ballantrae Community Centre
4th & 18th June at 7pm

📍 Henrietta Street Hall, Girvan
8th & 22nd June at 7pm

You don’t need to “do” anything — just come along, get cosy and relax while the sound carries you 💫
