Let’s start 2026 by resting and relaxing on Mondays at 7pm, in Henrietta Street Hall, Girvan.

You’ll be guided to breathe and relax your body. You’ll then be immersed in the vibrational sounds of the crystal singing bowls and other instruments, and as always, the session will end with a drum healing to set you up for the week ahead.
