I had seen these videos around, but I never thought I’d be making one myself…

I went skiing on Saturday, I fell and fractured the head of my fibula (one of the calf bones). I’ve never broken a bone in my entire life and it really sucks.

Could it have been avoided? Yes.
Do I feel dumb? Also yes.
Have I learned my lesson? HELL yes.

I know that when you move your body and practice any sport, injuries can happen. I trust my body’s ability to heal and I also trust that I’ll be back to yoga, working out, handstand training and even running soon enough. ❤️‍🩹

For now, I’ll be *carefully* hopping around the house, (constantly) reminding myself that rest is part of the process and focusing on what I can do to help my lil bone heal 🦴

Also, elbows are the knees of the arms and knees are the elbows of the legs. It makes total sense, right? RIGHT??
