✨ TLC Holistic Beauty – Cancellation Policy (from 1st October) ✨
We’ve all done it – woken up unwell, double-booked ourselves, or had something unexpected pop up. Life happens, and I completely understand. However, as a small business, every booking directly supports my livelihood – your booking = my wage, and cancellations = no wage.
To keep things fair for both of us, here’s my updated cancellation policy:
✅ If I ever need to cancel your appointment – I’ll always offer you an alternative time, or if that doesn’t suit, a full refund of your deposit.
❌ If you need to cancel your appointment:
Up to 48 hours before your appointment – You can reschedule at no charge.
Within 24–48 hours of your appointment – 50% of your treatment cost will be required. An alternative appointment can be arranged, but a new deposit will be needed.
Same day / within 24 hours – Full payment will be required. You may reschedule, but again a deposit will be required for the new time.
I kindly ask for your understanding that cancelled appointments, no matter the reason, directly affect my ability to earn and keep my business running. 💕
