Feeling the monday blues?
When everything seems like too much effort, when you have little or no motivation or energy and when trying to 'think positively' or 'see things from a different perspective' seem too much, simply moving your body can make all the difference.
How we think and feel can influence the speed or our movements, but it is a two-way streak. By moving your body, whether it's by going to the gym, a run, cycling, yoga or even a walk can make a difference to our mood. It doesn't matter what you do, you don't need to spend money on memberships or classes to move and feel the benefits.
If you are feeling low, try exercising even just for 5 minutes and see how you feel afterwards. You can do anything for 5 minutes, right?
