Exercise rehab involves the use of specific exercises and activities to help an individual recover from an injury and regain strength, mobility, and function. 💪🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

There are several benefits to doing the exercises that have been given to you by your physio compared to treatment sessions alone;

● Exercise rehab can help to accelerate the healing process by promoting blood flow to the injured area and helping to reduce inflammation.

● It can help to reduce pain and improve quality of life by improving mood and reducing stress.
