Something doesn’t want me to let go just yet 🦋⠀

Thank you for being patient with me while I return to work. I know I have been slow with replies and quiet. My maternity leave did not go as expected and that is life. ⠀

I never wanted to rush this time. ⠀
⠀
This is my third baby and my mindset is completely different. I had to slow down, I had to pause and be present with my babies and boys.⠀
⠀

If you asked me 5 years if I think God exists I would have laughed and said no absolutely not.⠀

Only now do I see and believe.⠀

I’m not embarrassed to admit it. We all have different beliefs. We all get judged for something. ⠀

I’m so glad I’ve kept going. From nothing to something (even if others say different 😉) ⠀

I’m buzzing to be back in the clinic seeing clients old and new. This is my purpose and it’s a privilege. My kids say they are proud of me. I love that and for me that’s winning always 🩵🦋⠀

I’m excited to let you know that my cousin Victoria and I are going to be working together to provide some nurturing workshops at her shop in Kirkintilloch.
Victoria has trained with Wim Hof and is a very skilled practitioner with many strings to her bow.
We’ll be delivering our first workshop in April - date to be confirmed. We’ll be talking about breath work techniques and manual lymphatic drainage and showing you how you can incorporate these into your every day life.
