Merry christmas to all of my amazing clients!

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to you all for the beautiful cards, thoughtful gifts, and kind messages — but even more for your continued support, and turning up and booking in throughout the year. It truly means the world to me.

Supporting you on your journeys be it physical, emotional, or finding a bit more balance is a privilage.

Hey guys, I go on about DNM all the time, because I get such amazing results from using thia approach on clients with nerve pain and loads of other issues.

If you haven't heard me shouting about it from the roof tops here's some info:

Dermoneuromodulation (DNM) is a light-touch manual therapy that works with the skin, nerves, and brain to reduce pain and improve movement.

Hi, I'm Jodi and I have an addiction.

Phone addiction.

I have realised this and I hate it. So I’m doing a month with no social media apps (I think more of us should!)

I’ve realised how much social media has been rewiring my brain.
The constant scrolling, the notifications, the dopamine hits — it’s addictive as hell!
It scatters my attention, lowers focus, and leaves me feeling empty and raging at myself after spending hours consuming so much “content.”

And while we think we’re using the apps, they’re using us!!
Tracking, profiling, shaping behaviour and brainwashing — all in the name of “connection" yet I've never felt so disconnected.

So for the next month, I’m deleting every social media app from my phone. I want to get my time, evergy, thoughts and privacy back and not always reach for a screen to disassociate.

It’s not just a detox — it’s a small act of rebellion.
Because the more we depend on phones that track our every move, the easier it becomes to accept things like digital ID as “normal.” But it’s not normal to swap privacy for convenience.

If you’ve been feeling overstimulated, distracted, maybe try a month off too.

A number of clients have came to me completely frazzled over the last few weeks and the stories are all really similar.

Work is understaffed, so they're taking on 2 sometimes 3 peoples work, with no extra pay and worse, no thanks!

Work life balance is shot, not only are these women taking on more at work, but the mental load of running a home and family are taking its toll.

This is why self care is so important! You cant pour from an empty cup.

Saying the word 'NO' can also be a form of self care. When you're feeling relaxed and calm and start putting you and your health first, it becomes easier to put healthy boundaries up, because you realise that nothing is more important than your health.

This is why I put together 'The Great Reset', to help you get back you YOU!!
