To our ladies who took part in our Breathwork session last night, we have sent you a private message, but just in case you don't see it, please follow these after care suggestions:
π Plenty rest and sleep
π Plenty nurture - warm drinks, blankets, hot water bottles, cuddles
π Journal
π Gentle movement - yoga, stretching, t'ai chi or even a wee swim or walk.
π Eat!!!!!!!! Eat as much good food as you can. Lack of food keeps the body in stress mode.
The aftercare is of equal importance to the process itself. Everybody wants the big release, but it will just sink right back into your fascia if you don't nurture yourself π
