M.E.R.T International is accepting applications from qualified and experienced personnel for the role of Emergency Response Manager for a number of upcoming full-time, fixed-term, site-based, non-rotational high-risk construction projects across Europe and the Nordic region.
These projects support major international infrastructure developments for leading global technology organisations.

Requirements:
β‘οΈ EU citizenship strongly preferred due to streamlined onboarding and compliance processes
β’ Other nationalities may be considered for certain locations subject to local work authorisation
β‘οΈ Recognised medical qualifications such as:
β’ Paramedic (HCPC or EU recognised equivalent)
β’ Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
β’ Registered Nurse with emergency or trauma experience
β’ Military Medic CMT 1
β’ FREC (First Response Emergency Care) considered with the correct experience operating in an emergency response role.
β‘οΈ Copies of medical qualifications must be provided
β‘οΈ Relevant experience in emergency care, site-based or pre-hospital environments
β‘οΈ Health & Safety qualification preferred (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, SSSTS). At minimum, a one-day construction H&S certificate is required (CSCS, VCA, SOLAS or equivalent)
β‘οΈ Two professional reference contacts required from previous employers.
