We will settle into stillness with breath-led yin poses.
Releasing tension, nourishing and hydrating our connective tissue (fascia) through gentle, supported holds using props and blankets.
To finish, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) and an extended Savasana - so you leave feeling grounded, restored, and reset.
