The Greenbank Rooms is delighted to introduce Dr Rebecca Anthony, HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, to our rooms at The Loft, Clarkston. Dr Anthony provides a specialist ther**eutic environment where advanced clinical training is combined with a grounded, empathic understanding of human experience.

She works with teenagers and adults who are navigating periods of significant change — including new health diagnoses, chronic pain, bereavement, relationship breakdowns, career transitions, and other life events that can disrupt a person’s sense of stability and identity.

Her practice is informed by a strong evidence base and integrates multiple ther**eutic models, including:
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

This allows her to deliver tailored, formulation‑driven interventions that address both the emotional impact of distress and the practical skills needed to move forward. Rebecca is particularly experienced in supporting individuals who feel “stuck” or are adjusting to a new reality following major life changes.

She offers a calm, structured, and non‑judgmental space in which clients can develop psychological resilience, deepen self‑understanding, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

A complimentary 15‑minute consultation is available to help you determine whether her approach aligns with your needs. You can contact Dr Rebecca by emailing rebecca.anthony@dranthony-psychology.co.uk or calling 07586 925553.
