The Living Well Hub is open to anyone with a life limiting illness who is already known to us.

**ONLY PEOPLE WITHIN THE HOSPICE'S CATCHMENT AREA CAN ATTEND THE HUB. OUR CATCHMENT AREA IS: G5, G41, G42, G43, G44, G45, G46, G51, G52, G53, G76 and G77**

**WE CANNOT GIVE CLINICAL ADVICE ON CONDITIONS YOU MAY HAVE ON THIS PAGE DUE TO PRIVACY. PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR GP OR IF YOU ARE A CURRENT PATIENT WITH US THEN PLEASE SPEAK DIRECTLY VIA PHONE CALL OR IN PERSON TO CLINICAL STAFF**

The lovely Aurore & Tricia visited the Hub last week to deliver more amazing Sound Bath sessions. Many thanks again to the girls for kindly volunteering their time for our patients, the next sessions are on the 11th & 12th of March....hope to see you all there 🥰
