Growth that strengthens care 💙

We are proud to share that Keane Premier Group has acquired Priority Care Group.

It means we’re adding six care homes and 233 new beds across Dundee, Perthshire, Angus and Aberdeenshire to our portfolio, but more importantly, it brings together two teams who share the same belief: that care should always feel personal, compassionate and dignified.

Priority homes will continue under the same name, supporting residents, families and colleagues with the same warmth and continuity they know and trust.

This growth allows us to invest further in what matters most - comfort, connection and quality of life for those in our care.

The deal was made possible thanks to Barclays Corporate Banking.
