We welcomed the Care Inspectorate for an unannounced inspection that took place over two days. During their visit, inspectors engaged in conversations with residents, staff, and family members while also reviewing the comprehensive services we provide here at Buchanan Lodge. We are thrilled to share that we received grades of 4 and 5, reflecting our commitment to quality care and resident well-being.
