We had some helpful team training last night on working with grief and bereavement….a subject that will touch all of us in one way or another at different times of life.

Grateful for such a caring, compassionate team who use their professional skills on a weekly basis to guide and support our clients through difficult experiences.

Last weekend’s training for some of our team was all about exploring different ways of working creatively with clients. Not all we do is talking in our sessions…expression, exploration and therapeutic work comes in many forms! 🎨✏️🫟🖌️

‘Family Dynamics’ - A hot topic in many of our counselling sessions…

Delighted to have Ros Macdonald from with us last night facilitating our team training on working with family dynamics.
Lots of inspiration on how to explore, and work with the varied roles that are played within families, unresolved conflicts, boundaries, negative beliefs, unhelpful patterns of behaviour, communication barriers…. Issues all of us will relate to at some point or another in life.
