We had a lovely day trip to the Tibetan Buddhist Centre with our Bluevale Bloom & Be group, we walked around the beautiful gardens and visited the Monastery and spent time relaxing and leaning about the history

We enjoyed a cozy packed lunch and spent the day feeling peaceful 💜 We also had the opportunity to add a wish to the World Peace tree 😊

Lots of chats, tea, and getting creative with diamond art ✨ Followed by our meditation group at 1pm!

We also had a little self-care moment with manicures and colourful polish 💅

Today at our Bluevale & Bloom Monday group we had a lovely relaxed session together 💜

We started with a wellbeing check-in, giving everyone a chance to share how they were feeling and connect with the group over some home made baking and tea. After that we spent some time painting our clay creations, which was such a calm and creative activity 🎨 So many amazing creations!

We then enjoyed lunch together, chatting and catching up, before finishing the session with a fun music game using our community prompt cards. Lots of laughter, connection and great conversations 💜

These moments of creativity, community and simple joy are what our groups are all about.

We are pleased to announce that our FREE Adaptive Fitness classes will be returning better than ever from next week 🤩

Our new adaptive fitness class are designed so everyone can participate — regardless of ability, injury history, or fitness level. Every exercise can be modified to support your body and your goals 💪

In this class you will:
✨Build strength safely
✨ Improve balance and coordination
✨ Increase independence in everyday movement
✨ Gain energy and confidence
✨ Be part of a supportive community

You don’t need experience — just a willingness to move 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

These classes will run every Tuesday from 11am until 11:45am and every Thursday from 5:15pm until 6pm with both classes taking place at 1 Finlay Drive, G31 2BD 😎

We are pleased to announce that we will once again be running a FREE Easter holiday programme for 5-12 year olds with the return of our Easter Extravaganza for 2026 🐣

This years Easter holiday programme will be running every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7th - 16th April starting at 10am and finishing at 3pm on the majority of the days 🤩

The Easter club will be running from Whitehill Secondary School on the majority of the days while we continue to work towards obtaining a community centre 🥰

As always we will be providing breakfast and lunch throughout the programme 😋

Due to the popularity of our school holiday programmes and the limited amount of spaces available we will once again be running a ballot 🌟

Today at Bluevale Bloom & Be, our women’s project spent the day at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh 🌿

It was so lovely to be surrounded by nature, slowing down together, having meaningful chats and feeling that beautiful sense of community connection. There is something so special about stepping away from the busy world and just being, breathing, and sharing space with like minded women 💜

We relaxed with a gentle springtime guided meditation, soaking in the fresh energy of the season and allowing ourselves to reset 🧘

Thank you to everyone who came along and brought such beautiful energy to the group. And a special mention to Edith, it was so lovely to celebrate your birthday with you today 💛

Every Thursday - 11am till 12.30pm

A gentle space to relax, chat, and take part in a simple mindfulness activity 🎨

Today was extra special as we celebrated one of our lovely participant’s Lynn's birthday. There was such a warm, supportive energy in the room. We also spent some time doing mindfulness colouring, slowing down, chatting, and just being present together 🎈

It’s the small moments of connection that really matter 💜
