2025 - the best year of Unwind yet. I don’t think I’ll ever come to terms with the fact that you all choose to come and spend your time with me. Nothing I could say sums it up better than thank you ♥️

Bringing in the new year doesn’t need to be about the things you’ve achieved, but rather the lessons you’ve learned. So I’ll leave you with mine:

- Hustle culture is not productive. Burnout will lose you precious moments of your life. Doing nothing can be productive.
- It’s ok to change your mind. Over and over and over again. It’s ok to believe in something and then stop believing. Let your experiences shape your reality.
- Anything that can be bought again is not important.
- Romanticise every. Single. Thing. Someone special taught me that this year and it really will change your outlook drastically.
- The ones who stood by you through everything? Celebrate them and tell them you love them at every opportunity. Never let them go.
- Never underestimate the power of listening. Sometimes it’s all you need to do.

I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for every single one of you, and I can’t wait to see you all in 2026! 💫

☁️Unwind has evolved✨

Rituals, for me, are more than routine. They’re a sacred pause- a moment to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.

This refresh is a reflection of the space I want to hold for you: one where you can fully escape the outside noise (or the noise in your own head), and feel completely cared for- body, mind, and energy.

While I’ve always worked intuitively, I’m now leaning even more into that. Each treatment is tailored to what you need on the day- whether that’s deep bodywork, calming touch, or gentle energetic support.

As I continue to deepen my connection to energy healing, you may find Reiki or other subtle elements flowing into sessions where it’s needed. These treatments are now named as rituals, because they’re designed to be just that- intentional, grounding, and transformative in the softest way.

My beauty offerings are still available (nails for existing clients only, lashes and brows for those who enjoy them), but these will sit quietly in the background, here when they bring you comfort or joy.

My first event!!! 🥹✨

Join me for a cosy night of complete relaxation at , in the same building just two floors down from Unwind.

☁️ I’ll guide you through a dreamy facial massage routine incorporating acupressure techniques for the ultimate wind-down, ending with some gua sha sculpting! You will be provided with your own gua sha and facial oil to take home.

☁️ You can then lie down under a cosy blanket with a weighted pillow over your eyes: the perfect way to switch off while I gently guide you through a meditation centred around self love and acceptance.

☁️ We’ll finish with some journal prompts, a herbal tea and a chat 🤍

This is a super relaxed night where you don’t have to have any experience in facial massage or meditation, everything is beginner friendly and the fundamental focus is allowing you to truly unwind ✨
