Absloutley buzzing 😃 now I’m a qualified therapist I have just been accepted to study my first Advance Massage course at Sports Therapy Scotland 💪🏼🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

In 2 weeks time I’m going to be training in Functional Integrated Cupping Therapy for Pain Management & Sports Rehabilitation.

Cupping Therapy is based on the ancient history and application of old Chinese medicine which is still hugely popular in Asia & is still used today by athletes in professional sport as well as everyday people for multiple reasons.

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, loosen adhesions (knots) which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.

It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue. revitalize connective tissue, stimulate the peripheral nervous system, reduce pain, controls high blood pressure and modulates the immune system.

Hi guy’s as i’ve now completed my anatomy and physiology part of my Massage Therapy course, I am on to my case studies & looking for some volunteers to practise on. The treatment is a full body (Swedish) massage which last about 1 hour.

These are part of my SQV level 3 practitioner diploma in body massage at the Glasgow school of massage. I am fully insured for the treatment by the school as a student & a legal consolation form will be will be filled out prior to treatment. If you are interested give me a wee message ☺️💆🏼‍♂️

- Today was a momentous day in college, We taught and practiced facial massage (as part of our full body massage routine) for the first time since March 2020 due to being permitted to remove client’s face masks according to government guidelines.

Here are I am being a client for the wonderful Alice, where we completed out practical studies in class before a summer of case studies and leaning more about Anatomy and Physiology ☺️

I cant thank Rachel & all the other student for the best training/ advice & good vibes this whole course, I’ve learned so much ☺️ truly met some amazing new friends for life 💚 cant wait to fully qualify in September🧑🏼‍🎓📚💆🏼 The Glasgow School of Massage
