I’ve officially completed my Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Groupwork.

As your fitness coach, I’ve seen many people struggle to achieve their fitness goals due to unrealistic expectations, poor planning, lack of consistency, and low motivation.

One of the biggest challenges I notice is being consistently inconsistent. This happens when you keep jumping from one plan to another without giving any approach enough time to truly work.
