Happy Christmas Eve !❤️… it is such a privilege to work alongside so many fabulous people day in day out … what a year we have had ! I am so full of gratitude for every single one of the Team and also to our lovely patients without whom there would be no .. Wishing you all a season of peace, joy and hearts full of love as we approach the end of the calendar year🩷

23 - One of the best things for mental health is being part of a community and here at Westbourne we love getting to know our patients and our neighbours so have a range of events lined up for the coming months:

18th January - Fermenting Workshop
13th February - Love Your Heart workshop featuring , Dr Karen Hogg and Dr Veronica

22 - We’re full of surprises at Westbourne. Did you know you could have a one to one singing lesson with Dr V?

Singing is so good for the soul and has a vast number of health benefits whether singing alone or as a collective.
We always look forward to our annual charity carol singing event and Dr V is often to be heard singing and playing the piano at either end of the day !🧚🏾✨

Next up we have the lovely Tina from@awesomehugs … Tina has only recently joined us at Westbourne House … she is a wonderful masseuse and bodywork expert who also@makes her own skin products which she uses at the Beatson for cancer patients . We are delighted to have her with us and look forward to seeing her every week @💜

Number 18… a special birthday for a special person who has been with us since the very beginning 💜🙏💜the wonderful Diane Ross has been the front face of Westbourne since 2021… there is nothing this amazing woman cannot turn a hand to … she is loyal , full of fun and keeps us all in our toes !
