I remember getting told if I woke up saying oh my god its going to be a bad day! Then you will have a bad day, I thought yeah ok load of rubbish!

But now am older ,wiser and have my own buissneses,experiences etc, I can honestly say.

I was wrong and
THEY WHERE RIGHT!!!

If that's the the energy your given out to the universe that's the energy you will receive.
Start as I've said before, Before bed think of a positive thought and end it with.

Tomorrow will be a good day and when you wake up say the same thing out loud to give that energy out to the universe !

I know some will be thinking yeah right lol, but I promise it works. But you do have to keep at it and believe, its like anything if you believe it won't then it won't cause thats the energy your given, but if you believe it does then it will.

We can achieve anything because impossible does not exist.

We all need me time. πŸ’―
Sometimes we can lose ourselves for many reasons, bad relationships, looking and putting others before ourselves, scared to speak up etc,
I've been there, And don't feel bad cause you curled into a ball and cried all day cause some times thats what we need.

, Male & Female,

We all have our own coping mechanisms or some don't know how to cope, some turn to substances or alcohol just to block out that pain. And that's ok to, dont feel embarrassed or ashamed we all cope differently. But never bottle things up as it will turn to anger and that will eat you up alive faster than you will ever know πŸ’―.

Self Love, is important and I'm just coming to terms with the self loving part myself it's not easy, even just a hot bath I find hard to get at the moment lol....

So I decided that I need to get a diary and schedule me time days !!!
Even if its just to relax in a hot bubble bath with candles, some music etc,. We all need this cause less you have a partner to run that bath for you no one else will lol,.. (don't worry he'd get his bath ran for him to) lol...

Just take
One step at a time one day at a time and whatever works for use ( again male & Female )
Just don't forget to look after yourself, its not being selfish its necessary and if the people round you love you they would say the same πŸ’―
Have a great day everyone and remember were all a work in progress it doesn't happen overnight but you will get there , we all will.

πŸ’š Depression will always be an ongoing battle i have had my battle with it since 17 but I learned to control it more.
Am not saying everything is roses I still get my down days but least I know why and know what I need to change and thats all you need to do to.
Its hard taking that step cause when your depressed you have no motivation and everything feels like a mile / lifetime away. Just getting out of bed can be a struggle
!.
But all you have to do is start with just one thought thats all just one thought every night and the rest falls into place.

If you battle depression and would like advice on how i dealt and coped with my own battle.

I'm happy to give use the steps I follow everyday!.
Thats why we are here Γ Γ±d why i started my own mental health business cause i have been there!
And the best people to do it is the people thats experienced and been through it! πŸ’―
