One of my favourite things to do when I'm away from home is find a local yoga studio and enjoy some classes. The past couple of weeks I've been a student at the lovely , where I've attended Hatha, Yin and Rocket classes. (I've hardly attended any Rocket yoga classes before, so that's been fun, if very sweaty! 🥵😂) 🙏🏼🥰🧘🏼‍♀️

Is my Spanish fluent enough to understand every word of the class? No. Is practicing in the heat a pleasant change from yoga in the cold of Scotland? Also no! Am I embracing it anyway? ¡Sí! 😉 (That view helps!)

TOGETHER WE STAND! 🏳️‍⚧️

You are invited to the Solidarity Salon in Glasgow on April 19th at 2pm. Historically salons were only for one type of woman to discuss ideas but we are q***ring up this concept and making it fully intersectional.

This is an open opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community to come together, raise their voices and express themselves. In these dark and troubling times we need to stand together and stay strong. Join us on Saturday and let us find comfort and strength amongst our q***r friends, family and allies.
