All 4 of the Glasgow Yoga Collective's teachers are at the IYUK conference this weekend in Glasgow learning from Birjoo Mehta, one of the world's most renowned Iyengar teachers. 🙏

We'll be working hard to digest and practise what we've learned so we can pass some of it on to you in class! 🧘🕉️

Gillian McKelvie will be teaching on a Monday morning for Glasgow Yoga Collective at Studio Harmony

Gillian has taught beginner and general classes, as well as working with athletes, and has a particular interest in restorative yoga! 🧘😌☮️

Sushama is a wonderfull teacher! 🩷

STUDIO HARMONY is delighted to be hosting SUSHAMA CHITALE:

Sushama is an experienced teacher from India, who currently conducts classes at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune.

Known for her insightful and compassionate style of teaching. She is returning to Glasgow by popular demand to teach a series of classes, on a teaching tour of the UK.

- FRIDAY 10th JULY - 6pm to 8pm: Pranayama Class
- SATURDAY 11th JULY - 10.30am to 12.30pm : Intermediate Class
- SUNDAY 12th JULY - 10.30am to 12.30pm : General Class

Classes are £30 each (concessions available)
