Founder Danny Gemmell was part of the See Me Scotland campaign The Guard. Sharing some of his personal experiences and continuing to raise awareness of in the .

We run our on a Monday. The Veteran ERV is a virtual space for veterans to check in and connect with each other. It is normal to struggle with your mental health at times. The ERV offers peer support so that veterans don’t need to face those challenges alone.

Hello my wee muckers!! It’s thuuuursday! We are nearly there! Hang on in there 😉you have got this far so don’t give up now right! First things first, give yourself a big pat on the back for getting through the week and getting to this point, no matter what’s came up you have got through it so go to the mirror and tell yourself bloody well done! Tell yourself you have got this! And tell yourself that today everything is going to work out for you 😉set that intention straight away and believe it ❤️, you are in control so shimmy the wee chakras, step into the sassy shoes , spray the feel good vibes and tell yourself that nothing is going to knock you off track today, your going out there and your giving it your best shot … it doesn’t matter what the day throws at you right, you can only do your best 😉then grab that little bag of motivation and go out there and shine my lovlies!
