✨This exercise helps us to gather energy from above and below storing the energy in our abdomen and promoting the natural flow of energy in the body🪷

🍃It feels grounding, centering and nourishing. Repeat 3 times or for 5 - 10 minutes focusing on the slow movement and on your hands and feel the difference!! ✨
