Due to the Coronavirus pandemic the world is facing heightened anxiety, fear and panic.

Anne and Marissa are trauma informed counsellors experienced in therapeutic work with children and adults. We are responding to concerns about the pandemic’s impact on mental health by providing free accessible resources during a period when many people are having to isolate or restrict their movements.

Our aim is to provide techniques and tools to help you feel less anxious, enabling you to support your mental wellbeing and feel less isolated.

All resources, videos and information are free. Please share with anyone you feel they could benefit.
