Last classes done and dusted and signing off for a very well deserved break! Thank you to every single person who has joined the fun at ALT this year. It's our last day of classes! As always, we have a reduced schedule over the festive period to allow our incredible team to rest and recharge but we have Open Gym running on the 29th for our members to shake off those festive cobwebs before our return to classes on 3rd of Jan! ✨🎄

23rd Dec: Classes Running
24th - 28th Dec: Closed
29th Dec: Open Gym 10AM - 2 PM
30th Dec - 2nd Jan: Closed
3rd Jan: Open as normal

This year we're supporting Beatson Cancer Charity with our ALT Festive Fundraiser. As a gym community we're aiming to beat out target of 500 Minutes of plank holds and £500 for charity... So far we're 10 days in have made it to 220 plank minutes already! Can you help us reach our target?
