Today is 🎗️

Regular testing & effective treatment now means that most people living with HIV in the UK cannot pass the virus on. This is known as 'Undetectable = Untransmittable', or 'U=U'.

Our Brownlee centre supports those living with HIV.

A huge well done to our Year 4 medical students, Kirsten, Amy and Bronwyn! 🏅

Kirsten and Amy have received the British Association Sexual Health & HIV Undergraduate Clinical Essay prize for quality improvement work undertook during the SSC at Sandyford.

And Bronwyn has been selected to present at the BASHH Annual Conference next week!

A special mention must also go out to our dedicated staff members who supported the students with excellent mentoring & guidance.

Congratulations again to all involved and we hope you enjoy the conference!
