✨️MOVE. BREATHE. RELEASE🌙

Join us at the earlier time of 3:30pm - 5:00pm as the sun begins to dip below the mountains for our winter edition of Move. Breathe. Release.

Move - gentle movements to loosen the body, the muscles, and the mind inspired by yoga & traditional Chinese medicine

Breathe - a series of breathwork designed to calm the mind, nervous system, and body which can be used as we enter the water & in your daily life

Release - Release your negative thought patterns, limiting beliefs and all the tension in your body as we enter the water and spend three minutes relaxing as the sun sets

Relax - the final part, relax by the fire with snacks, music and great company - basking in your achievement!

The best part? During our winter sessions you'll be home in time for tea and the strictly results 😉

We're back in our FAVOURITE spot for classes at our new time of 6:15pm on Tuesdays from next week ✨️

Lets come together for an hour as we move, stretch and re-energise ourselves through our practice before settling down in to total relaxation for - lets all be honest here, it's our favourite bit - Savassana.
