A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of offering Reiki meditation and psychic readings to a truly special group of women.

I’ve been reflecting on the energy of that day—it was such a powerful and heart-opening experience. This beautiful afternoon was hosted by the amazing for her inspiring venture .

I’m not here to heal you.
I’m not here to fix you.
But I am here to activate you.
And I know this to my core.

As a Generator in Human Design, I thrive when I’m doing what I love—and this is it. Supporting women to spark ideas, uncover inspiration, reclaim their power, and gain clarity on their next steps.

I work intuitively. I channel psychic insight. I use Reiki and bodywork to clear the noise and shift stuck energy. And I hold space in a way that allows you to feel deeply seen, fully accepted, and gently propelled forward.

Someone once said, “If I wanted sympathy, I wouldn’t come to you.” And I had to laugh—because they weren’t wrong.

I’m here to reflect your brilliance back to you.
To call you into more.
To help you remember who you really are.

Some journeys require looking back before moving forward—and that’s always honoured. But make no mistake: the work we do together is forward-facing, truth-filled, and full of soul.
