KG Holistics Providing Holistic Therapies and Yoga in the South Side of Glasgow. Based in the G53 area. I provided specialist facials and skin care advice to clients.

I qualified in Beauty and Holistic Therapies in 1994 and have worked in various settings providing treatments, workshops and training. I began my career on the cruise ships, then worked with a world leading aromatherapy skin-care company. I also trained therapists in specialised treatments and product knowledge. I lectured in further education and other learning platforms, within the community. I worked in a community based stress centre in the south side of Glasgow, providing complimentary therapies and stress management support to local people. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and have been teaching for 9 years now. I also offer yoga therapy on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. I run a weekly class in Barrhead.
