A brilliant day at the Buell Hospitality AI in Hospitality Workshop in Edinburgh, exploring what AI really means for hotels and operators.
From leadership and data strategy to brand, marketing visibility and practical integration, the focus was on turning AI from hype into actionable insight. The key takeaway? AI is a leadership issue, and those who approach it strategically will stay ahead. Great discussion, practical thinking and valuable industry insight throughout.

Elaine had a great visit last week to see Chef Rob and discuss preparations ahead of wedding season. Set in the heart of Royal Deeside, Raemoir House is a truly special venue, a luxurious and eclectic Georgian mansion blending historic charm with exclusive experiences.
It was fantastic to spend time understanding plans for the busy months ahead and how we can best support the team. We're looking forward to an exciting season ahead!

This week we attended a development day at the Brakes Reading depot for the Prosper Group heads and catering leads. We tasted an array of mouth watering dishes, delicious cakes, cookies and tray bakes, great to see the product innovation and menu ideas for the thriving garden centre sector. Terry from Stewarts Garden Centres Simon from Perrywood Garden Centres and Andrew from Stratford Garden Centre even ended up making their own flapjacks! A huge thank you to Richard, Peter, John, Sean and the team at Brakes for putting on such a fantastic event.
