🎄 Today, the well-being team had a lovely shopping trip on behalf of Alice! 🛍️ Alice personally wrote down her shopping list, excitedly picking out new Christmas lights and decorations for her room. 🎅 When we returned, Alice was absolutely over the moon, smiling and laughing with joy! 🌟✨

Outing to the Forge shopping centre. Today Isobel and another resident enjoyed a trip to the local shopping centre taking in the Christmas lights and decorations. This activity had a sensory, esteem and cultural benefit.

Causeway Church ladies visited this morning bringing with them the theme of Remembrance and meaningful memories. The ladies showcased their childhood memories and stories then the Residents had the chance to share their meaningful items. Connecting everyone to their pasts and giving everyone a chance to tell their lifestories.

B Happie - Remembrance Day Poppy Tea. This morning we came together to honour the 2 minute silence this Remembrance Day. Afterwards we enjoyed a morning tea and sing-a-long. This activity had a cultural, sensory and social benefit.

One to one art sessions making Poppies for the Poppy Tea tomorrow. One to one art sessions help Residents to concentrate and engage more with the activity as there is less distractions. This activity also had a creative, cultural and sensory benefit.
