🌳 Big Garden Birdwatch Alert! 🐦
On Monday, January 26th, our residents at Haydale Care Home will be taking part in the Big Garden Birdwatch! 🕊️ We'll be spending an hour observing the garden and ticking off our bird sightings—from bluebirds and blackbirds to magpies and robins. The residents are excited to get involved and share their findings with the RSPB. 🌿

🎈 Gentlemen’s Club Fun! 🎯
This afternoon our gents got right into the spirit with a lively games session! Balloon tennis brought out some impressive moves (and a few giggles!), followed by a target game that had everyone aiming high.
It was a brilliant mix of fun, movement and teamwork — and lovely to see the gentlemen enjoying some friendly competition and a good laugh together. 💙

🎶✨ Relaxing Moments at Sunnyside Unit ✨🎶
Today, our residents at Sunnyside Unit enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing session with the Music for Memories headset! 🎧 Our residents explored a variety of genres, from classical to jazz, and even some golden oldies. 🎵
The benefits were clear: smiles, fond memories, and a sense of calm and joy that filled the room. These musical journeys truly enhance well-being and bring back beautiful memories. 💖

The Ladies from Causeway Church visited today bringing with them the theme of Rabbie Burns. Celebrating Scottish Culture with a show and tell, and poetry readings in keeping with NAPA's year of culture. And also inline with our B Happie initiative support the pillars of connection, safe and relaxed.
