Day 34. Somewhere between the time zones, the rooftop bars, and the 4am wake-ups, I had to remind myself of my own advice 🌅

I’ve built my entire life around routine and out here, hopping across 6 states in 50 days, it’s breaking down in the best and most uncomfortable ways.

Turns out routine isn’t about controlling every moment. It’s about funding them - mentally, physically, financially.
The spontaneous yes.
The sunrise road trip.
The cocktail bar you never want to leave.

Even your coach needs to come back to her why sometimes 💜💚

‘Jonny said ‘let’s be adventurous.’ I heard ‘new restaurant on Wednesday.’

Somehow we ended up travelling across America for 6 weeks instead 🇺🇸

Psych grad → fitness coach → accidental digital nomad, apparently.

NYC ✅ Washington DC ✅ → Charleston ✅ → New Orleans → Austin still to come.

I colour code my entire week before it starts. I am not built for spontaneity and yet here we are, and I am so stupidly grateful for it.
