Well done ladies in class this morning 👏🏻👏🏻 the progress you have all made this year is insane! So glad you let me challenge you and we have a laugh at the same time 🙏🏻

A big shout out to for helping me with my injuries and getting me back to training and tennis. Anyone looking for a physio go see Steven, tell him I sent you 😉

Another shout out to thanks for getting me back to my weight training. Slowly increasing the weights with consistent training, thanks for the coaching 👍🏻

Been MIA on here for a while now so time to get a bit more active on it again.

A bit restricted with my knee at the moment so thought I’d have a wee go at tripod headstand which I’ve not done in a while. Nowhere near straight enough but it’s a start!

Aaaaaannnnnd I managed for the first time EVER, albeit very briefly 🤪, to press back up to a microsecond crow 🙌🏻🎉🤣

It’s all progress 👍🏻💪🏻🙏🏻

Thank you so much Jen, really needed that and was so lovely to chat to old and new faces again 💗 Can’t wait until Friday already 🧘🏼‍♀️

Just a reminder to all my students that tomorrow’s class is In Person and not on zoom 🤪

Restrictions only apply to City of Glasgow so we are still good to go ahead in East Renfrewshire 🙌🏻

Where has the sun gone 😢☀️

After my ankle injury last year (and lack of yoga practice 🥴🤫😬) I noticed I couldn’t drop my heel in anymore but after a few weeks of practising I have now managed to get it back 🙌🏻🥳 it’s the small victories 🤣

“When the breath control is correct, mind control is possible” - Patthabi Jois

We concentrated on moving with our breath a lot in class this week. Inhaling for the full time of an opening movement and exhaling for the full length of a closing posture. Flowing like this can be like a moving meditation. I’m always amazed how much more I can still my busy mind practising like this over the more traditional seated meditation.

I never managed out of my area today but have a lovely day planned tomorrow and tonight I feel like it’s the night before going on holiday 😂

I’m so excited to get back to in person yoga 🙌🏻 I have missed it so much! Do you feel the same?

If all goes to plan and we stick to the roadmap layed out then indoor group exercise can return on 17th May so we will be back together on 18th. The academy has the ability for me to stream the class live through zoom for anyone who would rather stay in the comfort of their own home so both options will be available.
