Because here’s the uncomfortable truth: your skin is not a barrier. It’s a sponge.

I see this ALL the time: a product screams ā€œcleanā€, ā€œnaturalā€, ā€œfertility safeā€ā€¦ then you flip it over and it’s basically a chemistry exam.

TTC and being told your BMI is "too high" is a special kind of heartbreak. It’s that moment in the consultant’s office where you stop being a woman who wants to be a mother and start being a "statistic."

I have to share Laura’s story with you, because it’s the exact reason I do what I do.

Laura saw her first positive pregnancy test at 44. After four years of heartbreak, being told she’d missed the IVF cut-off, and being suggested donor eggs as her only real hope, she finally found total calm and delivered her healthy baby girl at 45.

Before we worked together, she’d been fed the same tired advice that so many women over 35 hear:

"Just relax."
As if you haven’t tried that? It’s basically code for ā€œit’s all in your head,ā€ and it’s incredibly isolating when you’re doing everything you can but still seeing one line on that stick every month.

Staring at a fridge full of "healthy" food but no clue what to eat for actual fertility results? šŸ³

Most "healthy" breakfasts are sugar bombs in disguise. Even a fruit bowl can cause a blood sugar spike that sends your cortisol soaring and your fertility into "survival mode."

These "Let's Get Fertile" Protein Pancakes are a clinical staple for my clients. They take 5 minutes and speak the language of your biology.

The Full Recipe:
• 4 Egg whites
• 1 Scoop (25g) Vanilla Whey Protein
• ½ Banana, mashed
• ¼ cup (80g) Fresh or frozen blueberries
• ½ tsp Coconut oil
• Splash of almond milk (if needed)

Method:
1. Whisk or blend the egg whites and protein powder together until smooth.
2. Mix in the mashed banana and a splash of almond milk if the batter is too thick.
3. Stir in the blueberries.
4. Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
5. Pour in the batter and cook for 2 - 3 minutes each side until golden.
