Yoga is a wonderful practice to observe ourselves, our emotions, thoughts and physical body.
If you feel like you are not connected to yourself, take a moment, it doesn't need to be very long, few minutes go along way. Close your eyes and bring your focus to your breathing. Observe your body inhaling and exhaling. Where do you feel your breathing? How is your breathing today?
If you want, you can add a bit of movement, perhaps few rounds of cat-cows to mobilise your spine or raise arms to the sky.
