“There’s a moment in many careers when the shift happens quietly.”

In 2025, we awarded 100 NHS bursaries. Not as a headline number, but as a statement of intent. We believe that continued education should be accessible to NHS professionals who are committed to learning, leadership and patient care, even when time, funding and clinical pressure make that difficult.

Over the past year, we provided more than £120,000 in NHS bursary support, helping clinicians across the UK access accredited postgraduate education without stepping away from frontline practice.

As our CEO Diane Irvine explains: “These bursaries are our way of saying that continued education matters, and that those working within the NHS deserve access to high-quality, accredited learning that genuinely supports their practice.”
