Yoga Isn’t Just Poses — It’s a Pregnancy Superpower
When I first got pregnant, I thought yoga was just about stretching—but then I learned how it actually helps with EVERYTHING: nausea, back pain, sleep, even preparing for birth!
The key? Slow movements, deep breathing, and actually LISTENING to what my body needs each day. Some days, it’s a full practice; other days, it’s just Child’s Pose and deep breaths. And that’s okay.
Yoga isn’t about how flexible you are—it’s about creating space in your body and mind for this little soul you’re growing. It helps ease discomfort, calm the nervous system, and build strength for labor and delivery.
