I’m always learning .. even on 🍯🌕🙈

Wishing you all a very happy Mabon 🍂 today .. although it doesn’t feel like Autumn here 😅🌞 I can definitely still feel the energetic shifts 🤝🏼 so I have been doing my own little meditations and rituals for the eclipse yesterday and the equinox today! 🧘‍♀️

I have also been reading this gorgeous book on shamanic practices for transformation and woweeee .. so many amazing wee insights and golden nuggets highlighted already and I’m not even halfway through 🫶🏼 for me, spirituality is not and has never been a trend or a job .. it is simply just my lifestyle and my every day no matter where I am in the world 🌎!

Just a wee reminder I am off until Tuesday 30th September but excited to see you all when I’m back 🥰

So today I started my long awaited journey into the world of sound and vibrational healing 🪷

Sound healing is something I’ve wanted to do and offer for a long time as it has worked for me personally on such a deep level and it’s something I’ve used for my own healing 🧘‍♀️ but like with everything in life, it’s all about divine timing and now definitely feels like the perfect time and the right next step for me in my healing practitioner journey 🙏🏻 experienced such amazing connections & insights today and so excited for day 2 tomorrow 🌈

The power of lymphatic drainage is honestly incredible 😭🥹 I’ve been able to experience it for myself hence why I brought it to WFH back in 2023.

Lymphatic drainage is a healing and functional wellness massage 🙏🏻 on its own as you can see it is amazing and has sooo many benefits for our bodies. Combined with energy work it is chefs kiss (check out my signature and bespoke treatment LymphReiki) 👩‍🍳💋

My story so far… 🤍💫

A lot of people see the bubbly and confident me but not many have seen the anxious wreck I used to be other than very close friends and family 😶‍🌫️

My story is never shared for pity or sadness, it’s always to empower and inspire others. Through my struggle I found my life purpose and that is something I will always be proud of 💪🏼

In September 2021 I had what I’d describe as an absolute nervous breakdown. For some reason I just couldn’t cope with how much the world had changed since 2020, it all scared me so much. I spent 3 months waking up and vomiting every morning out of sheer fear and anxiety and I was just totally lost. I was so lucky to have an amazing support system, my spiritual practices, energy healing and faith in Reiki (& of course wee baby Duke) and slowly I found myself again and everything eventually got so much better 🙏🏼

I’ve found myself reflecting a lot and asking myself recently what’s next for White Feather? I have a few ideas in mind💡 but I’m also just being patient with myself and trusting in the unfolding. If there is one thing I learned it is that everything always works out 🥰

a wee diary update from me 💫 just following on from my stories at the weekend - I will be finishing up work in just over a weeks time (Saturday 26th July) for my wedding 💒🥹

3 years of White Feather Holistics I honestly cannot believe it!!! 🎈

I always knew I wanted to work for myself but I didn’t realise I’d end up not only doing just that but really doing something that aligns with my entire mind, body and soul !!! I know that I am fully living my purpose and I am so so grateful every day 🪬

I just want to say the BIGGEST thank you to all of you, all of my wonderful clients, for helping me live my dream and also be the best practitioner I can be 🥹 also a special thank you to my Fiancé, my family & my friends for supporting me so much and never letting me give up 🤍.. and of course my wee Granny, my angel in the sky and my inspiration for it all 🙏🏼 👼🏼
