Doing the reps means more than following instructions, It's about being mindful...
💭Mindful to slow your reps down.
💭Mindful to work as hard as you can throughout the WHOLE session instead of cherry picking where you put your effort.
💭Mindful of technique on every rep and avoid going through the motions where you're not really focussed on anything.
Without ALL of these things working together, you'll never achieve incredible progress or the body you're looking for BUT...
You have to learn HOW to do these things first.
Doing the reps means practice and if you find these things difficult or don't know where to start then that's a pretty damn good indicator that you need more practice.
