I genuinely believe that living a full and happy life comes down to the experiences you have and the people you have them with.

Today we had Cam in to lead the team through a meditation session and it's safe to say that everyone's walked away from that experience with something.

Clarity, relaxation, weightlessness, a high, there's been so much feedback already...

And something Cam said today has stuck with me:

"Our minds are like your internet browser with hundreds of tabs open. What meditation helps you do is close down some of those tabs so your mind can work clearer, quicker and with less going on in it."

We spend so much of our lives being busy that we forget to slow down. To sit with our thoughts and emotions and close down some of those tabs and I know for me I was able to do that today and now feel all the better for it.

We then took our clients out for coffee like we do at the start of every month and it reminded me why we do that. Because we have some incredible people in our community and we enjoy spending time with them.

We don't just count reps, produce results and hold people accountable. We also have Three Peak Fitness to build connections and that was felt today.

Doing the reps means more than following instructions, It's about being mindful...

💭Mindful to slow your reps down.

💭Mindful to work as hard as you can throughout the WHOLE session instead of cherry picking where you put your effort.

💭Mindful of technique on every rep and avoid going through the motions where you're not really focussed on anything.

Without ALL of these things working together, you'll never achieve incredible progress or the body you're looking for BUT...

You have to learn HOW to do these things first.

Doing the reps means practice and if you find these things difficult or don't know where to start then that's a pretty damn good indicator that you need more practice.

We accelerate that learning curve by making sure every time our clients walk through the door they get the coaching they need and we stay focussed on what each client needs.

There's a lot of learning, growing and improving happening at Three Peaks right now, and some HUGE wins and transformations coming 🙌🏼
