A couple hours in Edinburgh to see demonstrate the power of hypnosis and explain how the subconscious can be used to make positive change and achieve all the things you want to achieve.

Your mind is always looking for evidence to back up what you believe to be true, to back up the story you believe about yourself and your life. It can impact your perspective on everything internally and externally.

If you believe things will always go wrong, your mind will always be on the look out for evidence to confirm that bias.

If you believe that everything will go right and you focus on the good things that happen your mind will focus on the evidence to confirm that bias.

A change in narrative can shape the way you see the world.

Be mindful of the story you tell yourself, make a positive shift and see what happens.

Our subconscious mind's primary focus is to protect us. Choosing what is predictable even when it’s uncomfortable or even unhealthy, because it feels safe.

Wired to stick with what feels familiar, even if it brings us pain or holds us back.

Accepting things how they are is easier than risking them through a change of something new and unknown.

This is why you often go to the 'worst case' scenario when analysing the can age you want to make, rather than even considering the 'real case' scenario or what about the 'best case' scenario.

Next time you are thinking about leaving behind something that needs left behind, making the change you want to make - ask yourself - What if it all worked out perfectly? What would that look like?

Ask yourself the right questions and you will see all of the answers.

We all have that inner voice.

You need it to navigate life, to recognise when you make good decisions and bad decisions, and ultimately how to keep you safe.

But what if voice in your head that holds you back?
What if its using unwanted, unnecessary and out outdated values that don’t align with the person you are today. What if there is something thats holding you back from moving forward?

It’s time to change the script. Instead of letting negativity define your journey, through awareness and compassion, you can transform it from a critic into a coach.

Remember, your inner voice doesn’t have to be your enemy.

Take control. Shift the narrative.

This is from a client who had been using a wheelchair for a number of years after serious health issues, and had developed a fear of falling.

We worked together over a number of sessions to get him mobile again.

Best part of being a hypnotherapist is the change brought about and positive impact in their lives.

If you have an issue which you have been working on and you can’t seem to move forward, hypnotherapy could help.
