Transcendental Meditation is a very specific technique and is only learned one-to-one from a trained, experienced and authorised Transcendental Meditation teacher. The teaching of Transcendental Meditation is administered by a national educational charity, Maharishi Foundation, which maintains the standard of teaching nationwide. The first session is by personal instruction at a convenient time usually on a Saturday. This is followed by meditation classes over the next three consecutive days, usually on Sunday morning and after work on Monday and Tuesday. Each session lasts approximately one and a half hours. We also run weekday courses, please contact us to arrange.

Plenty happening this month at the Glasgow TM centre. Don’t worry if you just missed the group TM and Bhagavad-Gita readings, you can come along on Friday 19th September for the next session. They run every two weeks. Not to be missed!

An interesting message from one of our meditators who learnt TM last month. Since learning TM his heart rate has reduced significantly throughout the day and he feels less stressed. Amazing that now with modern technology we can measure this so easily!
