Or you could be trying to adapt to new circumstances having experienced a bereavement, divorce, or facing redundancy. Knowing that there is someone there to listen and understand you, can bring great relief, helping you to cope better than you might do on your own. Exploring your thoughts and feelings in relation to difficulties you might be experiencing, helps you to develop insight and understanding about yourself, your relationships, and your life events. As a Person Centred counsellor it is my belief that people who come for counselling are experts in their own lives. My aim is to provide you with a safe, secure, and confidential setting while supporting you as you move toward regaining control of your life. I offer both Individual and Couples Counselling.
