We are a friendly psychology centre offering a range of therapies including: counselling, psychotherapy, CBT - cognitive behaviour therapy, couples counselling, relationship counselling, EMDR for trauma, and coaching. All our therapists are highly skilled and experienced in helping clients with a range of issues including anxiety, low-mood and depression, phobias, anger management, trauma, eating disorders, abuse, relationship difficulties, bereavement and many many more issues.
