Curious about becoming a psychotherapist? Want to cut through the jargon and complexity? Join us for our CBT Open Evening, where we break it all down in simple, everyday language.

You will get a practical overview of what Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is, how it works in real life, and what sessions actually look like. We will walk you through the full training journey to becoming a therapist: the courses, clinical practice, supervision, and what a typical week in training can involve.

There will be plenty of time to ask whatever you like about the profession, the realities of working with clients, career options, and whether CBT training is the right fit for you. Whether you are already in a helping role or thinking about a complete change, this is an opportunity to explore CBT and leave with a clearer sense of your next step.

When & Where:

Monday, December 8th (18:00 – 19:30) at the GCTC – Visit us in person and experience the space where CBT therapists are made. Tour our teaching rooms, soak in the atmosphere, and imagine what it would be like to learn here.
