We’re delighted to share an exciting milestone for Northcare as we officially begin development in South Queensferry! 🏗️
As part of our continued growth plan, Northcare Design & Build - our dedicated, in-house construction arm - has already begun development of Cleveden Suites in Glasgow’s West End.
To support our ongoing expansion and bring our vision for South Queensferry to life, we are proud to be working in partnership with CCG, combining our expertise to deliver another exceptional Northcare development.
South Queensferry Manor will be a purpose-built, ‘five-star’ luxury care home, designed to offer comfort, elegance, and a truly modern living experience. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a warm and welcoming environment - from beautifully designed living areas to bright, airy dining spaces - all finished to the highest standards, blending traditional style with a contemporary twist.
Our bedroom suites will redefine expectations of care home living. Each private space is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring large en-suite bathrooms with rain head showers, double beds, call bell systems, telephone access, high-speed WiFi, and Sky TV - ensuring residents feel completely at home.
The development is expected to open in March 2027, and we look forward to welcoming residents to this exceptional new home.
